World Trade Center
The Twin Towers interplay with light
The Twin Towers of the the World Trade Center in New York always had an interplay with light.  The size and scale on the New York skyline the very material of the exterior predestined them to a relationship with light. When the sun rose they stood in silhouette, throughout the day the sunlight would reflect off the sharp angular shape and bright surface and at sunset mirror the colors of the sky.  This for me was a subject made for a photographer.  For twenty years I returned again and again to photograph the Twin Towers.  These are a few of those images.
